Arlington, MA — Arlington Catholic High School is proud to announce the hiring of Timothy Spinney as the new head coach of the Arlington Catholic Cougars girls basketball program. Spinney brings extensive coaching experience and a passion for building a competitive, winning culture.
Spinney joins the Cougars after serving as the head girls basketball coach at Georgetown High School during the 2024–2025 season. He is fully aligned with our mission and brings a fresh start that our student-athletes will thrive under.”
Spinney expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to join the Arlington Catholic community. “I’m honored to lead the Cougars and build a winning culture rooted in hard work, team pride, and continuous improvement,” said Coach Spinney. “Arlington Catholic has a strong tradition of academic and athletic success, and I’m excited to help our players reach their full potential — on and off the court. This is a new beginning, and I can’t wait to get started.”
Arlington Catholic looks forward to the upcoming season under Coach Spinney’s leadership and the renewed excitement surrounding the Cougars girls basketball program.
